Where do the candidate profiles come from?
Talent AI searches a worldwide database of publicly available professional profiles from our data partner, plus every candidate you import yourself.
Do I need LinkedIn Recruiter or a LinkedIn account?
No. Search, contact details, evaluation and outreach all happen inside Talent AI. You can still import applicants from your own job posts if you use them.
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days, 100 free credits and a demo workspace with sample jobs and candidates. No credit card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for AI work (CV and document analysis, scoring, skill tests) and for revealing contact details. Everything else is free and unlimited. Unused credits roll over to the next month.
Is AI scoring allowed under the EU AI Act?
Scoring candidates is allowed with human oversight and transparency. Talent AI explains every score and never rejects anyone automatically: a recruiter always decides.
